Plan Outsource is first and foremost a programme and project controls consultancy. Our social value programmes apply the same discipline (clear outcomes, a plan, governance and evidence) to helping young people see themselves in engineering, and to helping our clients and partners deliver the skills commitments in their contracts.
Each programme runs the way we would run any piece of client delivery: a defined scope, a consistent format, named responsibilities and outcomes measured from the start.

We deliver in schools and communities near our partners' projects. Programmes are free to the schools taking part.
Every programme is evaluated, with attendance, volunteer hours and before-and-after surveys, so everyone can see what changed.
A hands-on workshop in which pupils plan a real project the way the UK's biggest infrastructure programmes do. They break it down, find the critical path and handle a curveball, meet an engineer, and then plan a personal goal of their own.
