Plan Outsource Ltd is committed to achieving Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, in line with UK Government policy and Procurement Policy Note (PPN) 06/21. As a micro‑enterprise delivering consultancy and professional services, our emissions are low, however we recognise our responsibility to minimise environmental impact and continually improve.

Baseline emissions are a record of the greenhouse gases that have been produced in the past and were produced prior to the introduction of any strategies to reduce emissions.

Plan Outsource Ltd operates primarily through remote working arrangements. There are no owned or leased offices, no company vehicles, and no manufacturing activities.

Current Emissions Reporting
Current emissions remain minimal and consistent with the baseline due to continued remote delivery. Where emissions arise, they are primarily associated with limited business travel and IT usage.

Plan Outsource Ltd will review emissions annually and continue to reduce operational impact. Given the nature of the business, the primary strategy is avoidance of unnecessary emissions. Residual emissions will be minimised year‑on‑year.
